About the Journal
The Nigerian Library and Information Science Review (NLISR) is a peer-reviewed, open-access scholarly journal dedicated to advancing research, innovation, and professional practice in library and information science and related disciplines. Following its official relaunch, NLISR has been repositioned as a leading platform for the publication and dissemination of high-quality, original research that addresses contemporary issues affecting libraries, archives, information centres, and knowledge institutions in Nigeria, Sub-Saharan Africa, and the global information community.
The journal publishes original research articles, review papers, case studies, technical reports, and scholarly perspectives that contribute to the development of theory, policy, and practice. All submissions undergo a rigorous double-blind peer-review process to ensure academic quality, originality, relevance, and ethical integrity.
